Yes you have the right to know after he is found guilty not during cos his family is then outed.
As I said if it is illegal then tell the world after he is found guilty.
I am not saying what they did to (we both know who) was right. Cos it wasn't.

But we both also know that (he who is) is a stirrer to the nth degree.

As it turns out, the case was only pursued because of a certain judge being pressured by a pollie... so much for the impartiality of the law.

The police were told to go ahead with the prosecution, even though they considered it a waste of resources and time.

The actual comment that named the person in question was removed from the site by persons unknown... MoJ first claimed that they had removed it (to do so, they had to hack the site) then denied doing so. (Just a thought... if the poster himself removed it, then who was he working for? and why would MoJ claim responsibility?)

So we aren't allowed to know that he was beating up his wife??? Is that not illegal??? I for one don't want someone like that in a highly responsible and visible position of power...

If a pollie is doing something stupid but not illegal then we don't have the right to know.
His/her private lives are none of our business.
On the other hand if it is illegal then the world needs to know so he/she doesn't get elected again.

Everyone is human and should have some right to privacy.

There is a reason for the confusion. The spelling of W(h)anganui varies with where you are. Wou see the brown brothers do not all speak the same dialect, bit like England! The Wh variant applies only to the upper reaches of the river. The township and lower river is Wa.

I for one have set auto correct in Word to attend to any aberations in spelling!
